Mchezaji wa mwaka wa klabu ya Chelsea Eden Hazard amebadilishwa namba kutoka namba 17 aliyokuwa akiitumia kuanzia miaka miwili iliyopita, na sasa atavaa jezi

Chelsea Football Club wamesema kuwa wanaelewa kuwa mashabiki wengi watakuwa tayari wamenunuliwa jezi mpya za kuvaa nyumbani za msimu wa 2014/15 zikiwa na jina la Hazard na namba 17 nyuma. na wanasema kuwa wanatoa ofa kwa mtu yeyote ambaye ana ushahidi wa kununua kutoka katika duka rasmi la klabu,basi watambadilishia bure, kuanzia Juni 6- 31 Julai 2014.
Jezi zitakazorudi zitachangia katika Chelsea Foundation, shirika la upendo la klabu ambalo hutumika kuleta mabadiliko katika maisha ya watu na jamii zao.

· For those who purchased from the Stadium Megastore at Stamford Bridge or the Kingston store simply return the2014/15 Hazard 17 home shirt with proof of purchase in person to either of these stores for replacement.
· For those who purchased from the club's online partner stores (ChelseaMegastore.com for UK, Europe or Africa,ChelseaMegastoreUSA.com for USA, ChelseaMegastoreAsia.com for Asia Pacific) return the 2014/15 Hazard 17 home shirt by post with a copy of the order confirmation email to the store you made the original purchase from. A replacement like-for-like Hazard 10 home shirt will then be sent to you by post free of charge.
· For those purchases from non-Chelsea Football Club outlets, the club will offer a 50 percent discount on a purchase of a new 2014/15 Hazard 10 home shirt, upon return of the existing 2014/15 Hazard 17 home shirt. This offer is only eligible to those who can visit either the Stadium Megastore at Stamford Bridge or the Kingston store in person.
Terms and conditions
1.This offer is open from 6 June to 31 July 2014 inclusive. Strictly no exchanges or discounts will be offered after 31 July. In the case of purchases made through any of Chelsea's online partners, no exchanges or discounts will be offered for items received by those partners after 31 July.
2.This offer is subject to stock availability.
3.This offer is for the 2014/15 home shirt only. No other replacements will be permitted
4.Receipt of satisfactory and legible proof of purchase is required (this can be in the format of till receipt or bank statement).
5.Replacement home shirts will not be permitted without proof of purchase.
6.Chelsea Football Club cannot accept responsibility for any shirts lost in transit or for any shirts received without proof of purchase and return name and address details.
7.The returned shirt must arrive with the online partner by 31 July at the latest to qualify for this offer.
8.Customers must cover postage costs to send the 2014/15 Hazard 17 home shirt back to the club's online partners.
9.This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
